They are still leasing some units but I would recommend buying. They upgraded the property since I have been here and the landscaping around the place is amazing. There is a great social/night life for singles and people new to the area. The restaurant/bar is awesome (they bring drinks out to the pool, you can't find that even downtown)!!

I am very happy with the "NEW" Park Central. Awesome free classes in the awesome new fitness center. I am so happy here! I live in a 2/2 with my roommate and our "condo" is great. We both have huge bedrooms and we both have own OWN bathrooms!

I have never lived in a complex so clean ,and safe, and fun!! We went to the resident pool party last month and met so many wonderful people!! We rent from a family in the UK that bought a unit here and we are thinking of buying one ourselves (why pay rent when you could own')! I work at the Mall at Millenia and my husband works downtown so the location is perfect for both of us! I highly recommend!!

I made a HUGE mistake! I moved to another complex nearby (name to remain annonymous), and I hate it. I made such a mistake leaving PC. All my friends live there and now I'm stuck in a 12 mo. lease. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking to meet people and live in a safe nice place! i CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE BACK.

I cannot rave enough about Park Central! I was more than satisfied with every aspect of their complex. I moved there for a 1 year program, and the thing I miss most about Florida is Park Central! Not once did I drive in and take the beautiful landscaping for granted...

The security is tight and it is true, if you don't live here or are specificaly invited at your time of entry you are not getting in. Any service requests were completed by the next day. The grounds are immaculate and rival any local golf course. The pools (5) are sparkling. The other amenities are plentiful, new, and well maintained. I would describe my neighbors as friendly and generaly look like young professionals who go to work each day and enjoy the pools or sports bar on premises

I just got transfered to LA and I just found this site looking for a new apartment in CA. I wish I could stay here forever!! They have soooo many amenities, you can't compare it to any where else in Orlando. I'm so upset I am moving, I will miss all the great times I've had here at the resident pool parties, the cafe, the new gym and now they even have a day spa!!!! I'm not gonna find this in LA!! I recently moved my son to Belmont Apts. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the apartments were great. The security seem to really be on the ball. Most of the people I talked to seem to really like living there.

must say I have been very happy to this point. This is the only community I could find in the Mellinia area that had it's own private restaraunt and bar. It also has a health club that rivals a ballys. I had one maintenance request in the first few weeks and it was taken care of the very next day and I have experienced no problems since. I have and will refer Park Central to my friends and co-workers.

The team at Park Central is amazing! Yes, there were some kinks durning this whole condo transition but overall, this place is pretty cool. I recommend this place to all my co-workers. The only thing that sucks is they use to give $500 when you referred a new resident. The last time I was in the office they were on a waiting list so I guess they don't need my help anymore :-) I tried to buy my unit, but I am working on getting my credit better. It' hasn't sold yet, so I'm hoing that I could buy in January. I highly reccommend this place for any single girls, it's super safe. I love it, I love it!!!!!!!

I moved here from Michigan in January. I eat at the restaurant a few times a week and last night they had a pretty cool preseason football party. Free beer for first quarter! My buddies all want to come to my place for games this season because we heard last night they are getting NFL Sunday Ticket. The pools are cool, but the gym is the best thing here. It's got two stories and the best equipt I've ever worked out on. The staff is cool, too. They passed out breakfast at the gate yesterday. I would reccomend to anyone. Cool place

Park Central is a great place to live. It is a great location and the apartments are very good size and reasonable prices. There is a restaurant and lounge connected to one of the 5 pools and a salon/spa right on the property. The fitness center is the best I have ever seen and they also have free fitness classes. The pool parties are always a hit and the office staff is very helpful.

I'VE LIVED HER FOR 2 YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE ONLY SEEN THE PROPERTY GET BETTER AND BETTER!! THE RENT IS THE CHEEPEST IN TOWN FOR ALL THE AMMENITIES INCLUDED. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS AWESOME, IT TAKES LESS THAN A DAY TO GET ANYTHING FIXED!!!!!! I LOOOOOOVE THE GYM, I NEVER HAVE TO GO TO GOLD'S GYM ANYMORE SINCE I MOVED IN!! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS COMPLEX, I HAVE NO REASON TO LEAVE!!

We just moved in although we had a few things that needed to be fixed we found the office staff to be so nice and helpful and the maintenance came THE SAME DAY right before going home fixed something and then came back the next day to fix the rest. He was very polite and told us whatever we needed to just call and they would do whatever they could to make us happy. The apartment is beautiful and although a bit of noise comes from upstairs it's nothing unbearable. We are very happy to be here!

I just moved few months ago and I am happy so far. I have had few maintance problems, but they came to fix them.
The pools are great and the gym is worth it. The management staff has always some kind of activities to get everybody involved and make this place a good place to live and have fun.

The economy is in the crapper and hard times have fallen on half of America. But Park Central still manages to keep the doors open, the grass cut, the fountains flowing, the gates working, the pools occupied and the apartments filled

I lived in Park Central for a year and I loved everything about it. The neighborhood is kept in immaculate shape and there are a variety of places to walk your dogs. The gym is nicer than most membership gyms in my opinion. While living there, I only had one problem with an appliance and maintenance was at my apartment within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed in an hour. If I didn't have to move for work, I would still be living there. I believe it is the best Orlando has to offer.
