Open Question: Not Pregnant But Still Not Getting My Period ?

I came off the pill back in October because it was making me sick, the doctor said to stay off it for about 3 cycles to look how I went without it. I got my period 3 days later so Octobers cycle was fine, as was Novembers & I missed Decembers. I was due the sunday before christmas (21st). Naturally I assumed I was pregnant because I was feeling sick, had some early pregnancy symptoms & my fiance & I had 3 rubbers break ! 2 home pregnancy tests came up negative & I got blood test results today that were also negative. They also took an additional vial of blood to test if I wasn't pregnant if there were any abnormalities (that could be picked up in the blood) to why I wasn't getting my period. What could be causing this?

Open Question: my 8 week old boxer has diarrhea and blood in it?

i just got a new boxer puppy about a week ago when she came she was fine no diarrhea no blood or anything about 2 days ago we got her a chew toy and me and my husban left for work puppy proffed the home but we didnt think anything about the toy we have a 3 year old pitbull at home as well so i guess chewed up her toy and she ended up eating it ..... she was puking every of that out but no diarrhea 2 days ago and then today i seen her stool and it was watery with bright red and mucusey i called my vet and they told me to wait it off im just wondering what to do and what could this be ????????????:( p.s she has been eating drinking playing she seems her self..:S

Open Question: Mouse Eyedrop (home solution) ?

This story was continued from another ask question "Help! My Cat Bit My Mouse's Eyeball" and a eye drop was suggested, no vets in town take mice and I need eye drops for her. Right now the eye doesn't look infected, but perhaps its drying out to fall out. Will she live? She seems like she's doing fine actuallly. The eye itself won't alow her to close it so I have lights off to allow for snooze.

Open Question: Do I have less rights because I live in Low income housing?

I had a police officer show up at my door claiming to need to do a welfare check on my oldest two kids (this happens at least once a month, he is a troublemaker). When he showed up at the door he tried to force his way past my husband. We showed him the kids and that they were fine and he insisted on coming inside. When we told him that he would have to receive a warrant, he got mad and started raising his voice, stating that because we live in low income housing he can arrive in whenever he wants. We would not let him in and he kept yelling asking if we were denying him entry into our home. Of course we said yes. Later that evening we returned and found that he had found our landlord and was inside our home turning it upside down searching. When my husband asked him to leave stating that he had no right to search without a warrant, my husband was told to sit down that we were low income and had no rights, when my husband persisted, he was arrested for interference. every my husband did was ask what they were looking for and told them he did not consent to any search without a warrant. Now the chief of police told me that they could arrive in to our home whenever they want, as the cop took pics of our home AFTER he had thrashed it. Also we found out that just before the cops were in the home but after we left someone broke in to our home and stole our Christmas money and some presents we had for our kids (this happened on the 22nd). They held my husband for 12 hours and he has some form of court hearing on Thursday. I don't know what to do, is that even legal? My landlord (HUD) was lied to the cop told him that we did not answer the door at every for a welfare check and it was an emergency situation and that the kids were in danger. Although that was clearly not the case as he saw the kids and they were fine! I am sorry I live in Lusk Wyoming, Niobrara county. This is an accurate depiction. The only thing that was left out was that my hubby was charged with interference with a peace officer and yet on the paper that they gave him on release he was told he was to have no contact with the alleged victim who they have listed as our landlord. I took a copy of that to cory and he said he didnt know anything about it and he had no problem with us, he even apologized for letting them in, he said they told him it was an emergency. There is nothing that I am leaving out. This is not the first time we have had problems with the local pd. My now ex husband loves to cause problems, we live in a town with less than 1500 people. And his dad was very close with every of the 5 members of the pd and most of the sheriffs dept as well. I know this sounds out there , trust me I wish I was making this up. My family and I are sleepy of this treatment.

Open Question: Am I being overly paranoid about this?

I just moved my 9 week old son into his possess room last night and we put a little space heather in his room because our home only has a wall heater downstairs and the rooms upstairs receive chilly at night. I have been sleeping with a space heater in my room for the last two winters (it's right next to his) and everything has been fine, but I was up most of last night worried something with it would go wrong and his room would catch on flame. Am I being totally paranoid? It's a new space heater, should I just chill out and assume it's safe? I'm sure this sounds like such a dumb question, but I just need some reassurance!

Open Question: Vista Themes Not working!!!?

Hi, i patched my files using vista glazz so i can install themes on my vista home basic comp. I finally found a great theme and installed it. It worked fine for like 3 months. Now it has reverted to vista basic.(windows color and appearance) I switched it to vista standard as i couldn't apply any of my other themes. I then tried a system restore to the day before, and it failed. Then to make it worse, it had changed to windows classic, and the vista basic and vista standard options had disappeared!! What do i do to receive at least those back? And maybe it might help if i un-patch the files patched by vista glazz. How do i do that? Please help!!! My comp has plenty of RAM and VGA memory....

Open Question: Is there a better girl out there??? im 20.?

My last girlfriend was a theif and a golddigger... is there anyone better? or every girls the same? i met this girl which at first i thought was a really pretty and nice girl... as i always knew girls can be sorta a gold digger or a little expensive... well first we were supose to go to a concert.. i knew i was going to pay for her ticket, but she asked me to pay for her friends, and first i thought no, but i decided to anyways cause i really liked her.. the concert was supose to be in nov, costing 230.. but she said it was actually in dec 14.. so i was like ok.. then in dec she said we should go to disneyland i thought it would be a nice way for a couple to start out in christmas time.. ends up stalling each day we were supose to go! and eventually said the tickets were lost.. i gave her over 200 dollars to give to her friends to buy the tickets, and for a pitch in for hotel... then the concert comes, and she ignores me the whole day of the concert... i asked what happend she said i didnt call her... i sorta told her i suspected her of being a theif.. she said no way.. so we kept talking.. eventually we went to a motel, and fooled around, that night i was missing over 300 dollars.. i was like what the heck.. i called an confronted her but she said she didnt take anything, i told her i knew how much i had... she kept denying it.. she did say however another night at the motel would be a good idea to finish what we started, i thought that could be fine considering i didnt mind so.. end up being she stole another 300 or so again!!! by the 2nd time i told her it was over, and that i couldnt believe it.. she begged for a third chance, even though i kept saying no and no... eventually thought she would change, i thought a date wouldnt hurt...so we had dinner, then ending up messing around in the back seats of my car... she told me to tug down my pants i sure did.. we tryed going to different locations for privacy.. i went to liqour store for condoms... we parked and took care of business.. took her to "no longer apartment however had to talk to manager" ... i was waiting then i noticed my phone was gone.. i thought maybe it couldve fell in liqour or a spot we were at... checked everything, got home.. messaged her on myspace she said she had it...so next day we met a motel so i can receive my phone and also hang out... she told me her pal was gonna bring the phone to the motel.. i was like ok sorta thought that was weird... i was parked around the motel( which she said the motel was 140), as she said her pal brought the phone, she walked to go receive it and said not to leave.. i called her from my moms cell ... she said her dad came to the motel and starting fake crying as it sounded.. i said so what the hell is up with my phone, and then she cryed and hung up... next day online she told me to fuck off, and doesnt know who has my phone now... i guess thats what i got for a third chance.. wow i feel real down, and sorta think that every girls may just be about money ... any advice out there? im 20 years old.. p.s name was just made idk why.. but im not a xbox game geek or anything...

Open Question: What should I do about the situation with my ex? How do I get her back?

We're both teenagers by the way. We started going out about mid to end of November. She broke up with me on New Years' Day. Everything seemed perfect in our relationship. However, with us being teenagers and not being able to steer, it was pretty difficult to try to receive time together. We only had personal time about 4 or 5 times. Once when we met, once to go look a movie (time we started dating), a few weeks before Christmas, Christmas Eve, and a few days before New Years'. Everything seemed perfect up until the few days before New Years'. During the day when we were texting she told me about how she might smoke with her pal. I didn't want her to and she said she wouldn't but I knew she wanted to. So I told her I didn't care but she still said she wasn't going to. When I went over to her pal's home (because she was spending the night) everything still seemed fine. Yes, she was smoking (she also has asthma which is really bad) and she apologized to me for it but I said I didn't care and we spent the night loving each other. During the night she commented on a boy named Austin. She said she thought he was "kinda cute" but I didn't think it was a big deal at the time. Austin was the one who helped her and her pal receive the cigarettes and had lighters with him. I guess she thought he was pretty chilly, cooler than me anyway. When I had to go home she texted me and asked if I would sneak out to go look her again (this was around 11:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.). I attempted to but my parents caught me before I could make my way over there. I was unhappy I failed to go over there and she was unhappy as well. The next day we went to the mall but she got in trouble and she had to go. I didn't even receive to kiss her. The day after that she texted me and said she was gonna sneak out with Austin and go smoke and drink. I didn't want to tell her she couldn't so every I said was "Have fun" and she replied "Thnx". We didn't text much for the relax of the day. I found out the next day she got her phone taken away (most likely cause she got caught). Finally, New Years' Day came around and my pal called me and said she had cheated on me. Later that day her pal (the one she spent the night with) called me and said she said didn't wanna be together anymore. I cried the entire day and the day after that. I went to go talk to her pal and Austin was there and I decided to talk to him and find out what happened. He said that they did kiss when they were together (according to my friends who are also friends with Austin he said they had sex) but he also said she felt bad about what she had done. The next day she called me and asked how I felt but the conversation was too awkward (especially since she was calling on Austin's phone) and we got nowhere in terms of repairing our relationship. The next day she texted me and said she was "really sorry for dumping [me]" but she also said her and "austin r NOT together we just talk the reason I left u is bcs its been a long time sense I've smiled". I don't know what that really means. Then the next day she texted me again and asked, "Do u hate me?" and I replied, "No i dont hate u... Im just really heartbroken". So far she hasn't texted back. I don't know if her phone is still taken away though because I haven't attempted another text or call. I really, really miss her and every time I think about her I start to sob or I wanna sob. So would you please answer back to me as soon as possible? I would greatly, greatly appreciate it. I just want her back... Open Question: Ugh...Need help with a new puppy.?

Not that long ago, I got a black lab boxer mix. He is about 6 months old. I've had him for roughly 3 months. But I just cannot seem to train him to go outside to use the bathroom. I trained my yellow lab just fine and he's 4 years old now and he's the perfect dog. But I'm having trouble with the new one. Not only is there just a bathroom problem, he is EXTREMELY hyper. I know puppies are usually hyper but this dog is crazy. The second you receive home he jumps every over and scratches you and bites your shirt and pulls on it. And it hurts. He always chewed on something also. Anything at every. He even chewed up 2 sofa cushions. So I got him a cage. However, he barks and barks and barks in it. I've gotten complaints. And I live in a individual home? I've done so many things to try training him. I've done methods that I used on my other dog that worked, but it doesn't seem to work with this one. I've done the flicking on the nose, but he just ignores it and thinks I'm playing. I adore the puppy very much and I don't want to give it back to the pound, but I just can't take this. Please give me advice on how I can train him. And quick. He gets an average amount of exercise. He's in the backyard with the other dog playing and chasing each other for a good 20 min every few hours. Wait, is that enough exercise? In few hours I mean 2 hours.

Open Question: what can i expect for dui?

two days ago, my pal and i went to the club, and we started drinking, keep in mind, im not 21 but 19 years old and this was in los angeles california. well on our way home we receive pulled over for going 55 on the freeway when the speed limit is 65. so we tug over and the cop makes me take the sobriety test because she suspected me drinking based on my eyes. but i had told him i had not been drinking.so anyways, i passed the on site sobriety test but i know i left him thinking that they took me in and made my pal go home. so basically they took me to the local pd (CHP were the ones who pulled me over) for further test and after the test, they know had the alcohol level and took me to county. i was there every night i got released in the afternoon the following day with a dui which is believe is a misdemeanor but also they told me it was an infraction. so i got a temporarly license that expire a month from the day that was issued. after that i could call and ask for a restricted license. i know i will have to pay a fine and go to school. my court day is in april. what can i expect for the next couple of months? around how much will my fine be?

... okay its about a stripper which i think i'm falling for ... i went to this strip club, 5 weeks ago, and i met this pretty hot girl... she's petite, she's 5'1 and i'm 5'0. she is nice of choosy with the guys she dances for i was observing her, actually, she doesnt go around asking guys for dance, guys call her and make a sign then she approach them. when she saw me, i was just looking at her and she went to me, she offered me a dance, i'm like, hell why not, so she did a lap dance. after that, i went home and i slept. a week later, i cant receive her off my mind, i went there in the club with very few bucks on my wallet, i did that coz i might overspend coz she's just really into my liking. she approached me again and chatted with me for 2.5 hours... and i kept on telling her, i understand if u wanna move around, i dont wanna receive in the way of your work. she's like, no i'm okay. i gave her hints that i wont receive a dance from her ever again... which i really never did again. our chemistry was amazing... our likes fit so well its so creepy... i respected her in every way i can, and stopped thinking about her as a stripper... she felt that and she's so touched by it... i also look her sorta shiver coz its pretty icy in the club and i even put my jacket on her to keep her warm. she was so delighted by the acts and i saw her eyes brighten with awesomeness. i didnt spend more than $20, and that $20 i gave as tip when she was dancing on stage, and i said that $20 is a tip for doing a good job with her acrobatic moves which never fails to impress me. 2 weeks later: i returned to the club... she saw me and i saw her delight again.. this time she spent 3 hours talking to me. i did the same thing, i told her, hey, feel free to go around, i dont want to receive in the way of your work... she's like... i dont really go around as u look, men approach me and i dont approach men. i'm chilly here. i told her i like her... she's pretty, she's got a great personality which she really does... and i would really adore to go out with her... she then returned that and said i'm so nice and she would really want to go out with me soon. she gave me her number and her 'real' name. 2 days after that... i texted her... we exchanged around 14 messages back and forth, till i threw the line, hey are you free friday? she didnt answer. so a week after, i went back in the club... our talk is still amazingly long, 2.5 hours.. and it flew pretty quick we are both surprised how much time we spent talking. i asked her why she didnt answer and i wish i didnt scare her. she said she was about to but forgot to send it. giving her benefit of the doubt, i trusted her. 2 days after again: i asked her how she is... i'm pretty sure she is really aware that i'll ask her out... so she flat out replied, i'm sooo busy... i thought i could relax, i even have to work tuesday and thursday this week... i'll be very busy. to my disappointment, i replied: "chilly, i wont bug you then, take care". if she's for my money, its odd coz i dont give her any... okay fine $20. but i dunno... when we are there in the club... she's like a girlfriend to me... we are so good together and i'm pretty sure customers are even getting jealous to our 'friendly' approach to each other. the bouncers visits us every 10 mins to break us up... and she said she's okay with me and the bouncer should just go. i dont know... i dont receive it... i think she doesnt wanna go out with me... but i dunno... why give me her number and such... why be nice to me while she's not getting paid anyway.... i know she's a stripper... i know she plays well of guys emotions easily... i know she maybe playing with mine... but i just would like to give this stripper a chance, i dunno if i'm blinded... but she doesnt really seem so bitchy and she said she's only doing that for college tuition. please enlighten me whoever you are who reached this far... thank you so much for taking much time... thank you so much... please advice.

about a year or 2 ago i went to a club and become death in my left ear, my hearing eventualy came back, with immense ringing for like a year. so i have only been about 5 times since then, wen i hear to load music at home my hearing problem will worsen but then like a week after its fine... sooo where can i find ear plugs as to lessen the damage??? my local music store dos not sell them, and Ebay they are every like construction standard!! what do the rock stars use?/

Open Question: Why won't my puppy pee?

I have a four month old rottie that I just brought home over the weekend? He was primarily an outside dog when I got him so him being in the home with me and my pit is a first. He and my female pit receive a long really well but he's only pee'd like four times since I've had him and he drinks ridiculous amounts of water. He is eating fine and very outgoing he just won't pee. He's going to the vet next week but any ideas until then? He is pooping, he's really regular. Normal color, normal consistancy everything else is "normal".

Open Question: Questions on marijuana?

Trying to find some really good, detailed info on marijuana for a study I am doing. I live in Texas, and Id really like to find out every about the laws with weed in Texas. Questions like, if I have a certain amount would I be fined instead of jail time. Also can I be arrested for failing a drug test, or smoking in my possess home. This is seriously just a study on the subject, I dont smoke week through paranoia of loosing my very good job, definatly cant stand to be without that right now. I am however a big fan of the use and legalization of marijuana, Ive done plenty of research on the true effects and some of the history on it. But I am having trouble finding legal type info on it for Texas. I know Texas is a very tight azz state with any nice of drugs. Thanks for any help.

Open Question: Am I a bad boyfriend? (wonder what I did wrong?

Okay, this was a review of my day with my girlfriend, it's in order cause I'm trying to figure out if I did anything wrong, because I think I did. We've been going out for a year and... 8 months? and we're both freshmen now. Me and my girlfriend went to a movie (Marley & Me) like we do every Sunday. The movie was fine, she was sleepy so we just layed there and watched it. Then she came over and my brother was there. He's 20 and he was being really rude and offering us beer and stuff. He bought me a new game (The new Grand Theft car). We were every in the basement and I asked her if she mind if I tried it out for 10 minutes. I was playing it and my brother made a ton of perverted comments about the game and I couldn't help laughing. I was sitting on the table in front of her while she was on the sofa watching. My brother was like "Do you like watching him play?" and she said she didn't mind. And he was like "Sh*t head that's what they always say." Well... 10 minutes turned into an hour and then we went upstairs to play Wii. I guess I was being a little competitive and teasing her and I thought she looked sleepy so we went into my room and layed on my bed. We still had a hour until she had to go home and she asked for my cell phone and I asked why. She picked it up and called her dad to pick her up. I thought something was wrong so I tried to kiss her and she moved back and gave me a blank look. Open Question: Facebook - virus maybe?

Hi, Im having a problem with accessing my facebook on my work computer (before we go any further its not to do with settings on the computer, we are allowed access to facebook and I can access it fine on colleagues work computers). it is not a problem with my facebook as it works fine on every other computers at work and at home, its just this computer in particular, I can receive to the login page and I can login to my homepage, but no matter what I click on from there or how long i wait, nothing works, it just stays on my home page. Around about the time this problem started (just before Christmas) I got a problem with an overload of pop ups, something which has never affected this computer before. I have Sophos already installed on the computer and after these pop ups I downloaded maleware and anti spyware, it helped the problem but i still receive some pop ups. I have no problem accessing anything else on this computer, every other sites work perfectly, it is just facebook - could the two problems be linked, could it be a virus on facebook only on this computer?. Has anyone any suggestions how I can fix this problem and regain access to facebook on this computer, and hopefully rid it of pop ups too? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated Thanks

Open Question: sort of long but i was just curious.....?

So, i was thinking lately that i quit taking my birth control pill in september and ever since then my periods have been screwed up, my times have been every off because i have recently been in and out of the hospital with a collapsed lung and so on and so forth. So i figure that that is why my period has been screwed up for the past 3 months. I didn't even receive my period in December. So i figure since my pregnancy tests were neg ( blood tests) that i was alright and I would receive my period soon. I stil haven't gotten it. I do not know now when I am supposed to receive it because they are every screwed up. SO my question to you is , since my periods are every messed up, do you think i am still ovulating? and do you think it would be harder for me to receive pregnant? the reason i am wondering is because my boyfriend came home from basic for 2 weeks for christmas, and decided he is no longer going to use any sort of protection ( which is fine with me. i want to start a family) but i do not know if it would be harder for me to receive pregnant without my period coming regularly? and we have been having unprotected sex since December18th until January2nd. and he came in me a lot throughout that time. so when do you think i should test and do you think i could receive pregnant with my period being so irregular and trying to regulate itself?

Open Question: '98 Subaru: My heater is blowing cold air!?

My 1998 Subaru Impreza Outback is not heating up like it used to. I parked it at the airport during the holidays and now, three weeks later, when driving home, I discovered that the heater is blowing icy air. The first 45 minutes of the steer it was fine, but the last hour or so it was blowing chilly air. About 2 months ago I noticed that the thermostat gauge close my speedometer never moves; the needle is stuck below icy. I don't know if that has anything to do with my heat problem or not. Anyone have any ideas on either of these issues?

Hi, i recently went on a trip to new zealand and purchased some photos which were delivered to me on USB steer. When i got home and put the steer in my computer i was unable to open the device as it said it required formatting in order to use. I saw the lady upload the files to the usb steer and every seemed fine. Both her operating system and my operating system are windows vista. how can i receive the files off the steer without deleting them or damaging them?

Open Question: laptop hp pavilion dv2505tx become freezing/sound distorting when browsing?

my laptop is hp pavilion dv2505tx, using windows vista home premium 32bit,built-in Conexant High Definition SmartAudio HD2 sound card. My laptop has just finished from repair because of overheating. When I start to browsing (when loading data) the laptop become freezing for a few miliseconds and the sound become distorting.When i play streaming music, it will distort until the buffer receive 100% complete. I have tried using IE 7.0 and the problem still appears. otherwise, it was fine when i play music in windows media player or open application. I also noticed that, when i browse or play streaming music, the CPU Usage getting higher and higher it almost hit 100%. i have installed the latest version of the audio driver,vista servicepack 1 but the problem still appear. I was trying to figure it out but still don't know what is the actual problem .I guess it was either the OS(vista) or audio. Does anyone have ever undergo/suffer this problem? Open Question: Problems with my wii remote?

I recently was using my wii, everything was working fine yesterday, but when i turned it on today, my wii remote won't work. The A button works, the + and - button works, however there is no little hand that appears on the home screen when i move the remote around. Also when I plug in the old nintendo controller into the wii remote, if I press the joy stick the hand pop ups and I can move it I don't know what to do. I have two wii remotes and have the same situation with both.

Open Question: Has anyone had their young baby or child go through surgery and if so how did you cope with your worries?

I had my first baby, a daughter, on 10/14/08. During my pregnancy I was told she was completely healthy and when she was born I was told the same thing. The very next morning, I was woken up to here that she had been moved to the NICU awaiting a flight crew from Riley's kids's Hospital to pick her up and take her away immediately. They told me that she would need surgery within 24 hours. My husband and I were so worried. I discharged myself from the hospital even though I was extremely sick. (I was induced due to severe preclampsia I had over 40 lbs of excess water that built up in a matter of days before I delivered at 37 weeks.) When we arrived in Indianapolis and saw our daughter she was in the NICU at Riley. We talked to a surgeon who told us that they were waiting on surgery and thought that she should be bigger before they operated and that things weren't as bad as they had thought. (She was born 5 lbs, 12 ounces and 18 inches long.) She had a week of testing done before we were able to bring her home. We were told she had an imperforated anus with a rectovaginal fistula. Basically instead of poo coming through an anus it was coming through a fistual located just below her vagina. Now, she's going to be 3 months next Tuesday on the 14th. We have to take her up on Sunday for admission and Monday morning on the 12th they will operate on her bottom to correct the problem. Then she'll be normal if every goes well with just one surgery. The difficult part is during her hospital stay which could be a week or more we won't be able to hold her and they will not feed her for 5 days and she'll only receive calories through a port they will place in her for IV fluids. :-( IF she were to receive infected or show any signs of redness they will do another surgery immediately and place a colostomy bag on her for 6 weeks before closing it up and then she'd be fine and perfectly healthy. I'm just so worried about her surgery. She's still very tiny. Just about 9 lbs and tiny for her age. I didn't know if any other parents have gone through a similar situation or have success stories of tiny kids being operated on and being just fine. Also, I didn't know how you were able to deal with the emotions you were feeling before surgery and during. Thanks for every the answers in advance!

Open Question: I have no money for a divorce lawyer?

My soon to be ex kept me from having access to our account and where my paycheck was being direct deposited so he was essentially getting every my money for the last year. We'd been separated, decided to try it one more time. I came home and again put my paycheck into direct deposit back into the account that we'd had but every of a sudden, he no longer gave me access to it. Fine. I'm getting out. But I haven't had ANY income since I came back which means I have no money for a divorce lawyer. What do they do in a situation like this? I mean they obviously will receive their money when the whole thing goes through but what do they do initially? I have no money at every to even receive a lawyer because he was stealing it from me.

Open Question: How do you clean earplugs?

I know this is an odd question but.....my fiance snores and ordinarily i just push him over on his side and he's fine. In November, he had emergency gall bladder surgery and was in the hospital for four days. When he came home, he had drainage tubes still in and when sleeping (and snoring) couldn't be rolled over so I went and got earplugs and they work great but I noticed that they receive dirty when just sitting around. What in the world do I use to clean them? I tried wetting them and using dishsoap but they were wet for a long time and I worried about the effect of soap (or anything else) in my ear. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Open Question: Do you think i'm pregnant?

Last month (December 3rd-7th) i got my period on time everything was fine this month i had spotting it started the 2nd of january and ended the 3rd so i took a hpt (home pregnancy test) on the 4th i had no bleeding and this isn't normal for me not to bleed i didn't even need to use a pad it came up positive then i took another two came up positive again mind you i took this the 4th right around the time i was supposed to have my period so i asked a pal she told me to call my doctor i did right away on the next day which was yesterday i went in and got a blood test done my doctor had called me back and said my HCG level is at a 3 and she wants me to be at a 6..she said that it was positive but it could be a untrue positive pregnancy it makes absolutely no sense to me..she unhappy if it doesn't go up she will consider it negative i think i ovulated the 21st and i think i may be one or two weeks pregnant is this normal being so early to be at a 3? I wish it goes up now i think something is wrong with me i have normal periods EVERY month and now this spotting it's just crazy especially with the positive urine tests....so i got more opinions today on yahoo answers and i took two more hpt's today one clear blue- came up positive and another cheaper one equate came up positive too..any more advice thank you!!

Open Question: Thermostat/overheating help...And now a bad leak! ?

I have a 1997 Chevy Venture with 130k miles on it. Less than two years ago one or both head gaskets were replaced along with both intake manifold gaskets (by previous owners). Up until last week I've had no problems whatsoever, when it began to overheat out of the blue. I immediately pulled over and close off the engine. I first thought of a STUCK THERMOSTAT. Sure enough, when I got below way the temp began the climb back up and I had no heat, then just before the needle hit the red it dropped down quickly to icy and I had plenty of heat...for a few moments before it started on the upswing again. It did this several more times during my 5 minute steer home. Classic symptoms of a bad thermostat. I parked the van for several days, then decided to try driving it to the store to pick up a big item. every the way there the temp guage went from hot to icy and back, but never did it go into the red. Then the next day I had to steer it to work (taking mostly freeway), and I didn't have a single problem - it acted totally normal and I had plenty of heat. However, when I went out to leave work, there was a river of antifreeze coming from directly below the motor. It's not coming from the water pump nor the radiator or a hose. I got some coolant and added it before leaving. Shortly after starting the motor it began dripping profusing from somewhere on the motor. every the way home it continued in the same manner, with intermittent heat, and leaked much of the coolant. My question is what could cause the leaking of coolant every of a sudden? Could it be that the high system pressure caused a weak gasket to blow? Could it be the head gasket? There is no white smoke and the engine is running fine, no loss of power. Thanks for any help.

Open Question: My life is falling apart?

The only time my parents arrive in to talk to me is when they have to yell at me about something. Either me not going to school, Cause I'm pretty fed up with school, and I don't know if I should switch back to my old school. I'm losing every my friends cause I'm constantly stressed out about my home life or my school life. I know Suicide isn't the answer but I can't help but think about it. My 'real' dad never comes to look me, even though he passes through Vegas regularly he never stops to look me, He's always here with his 'new hussies' He never calls me or tries to stay in touch. So I pretty much clip off every contact he even attempts. And my Step dad asked to adopt me, and I'm fine with that, but now my 'dad' is fighting me on it. But lately my step dad is picking up his old ways, his sons are perfect and me and my older brother are horrible. We smoke pot, they never have, One of them broke my elbow, so I deserved it. Stuff like that. I'm so fed up with life. I don't know what to do. I used to be so glad.

Open Question: How do I settle this dispute about the kids with my husband?

I am so mad and frustrated with my husband. He is a good dad and wants to be with our kids when he is not working. He works 8 days and then gets 6 off. We don't look him much when he is working. I am at home full time and run a daycare. He likes to question A LOT of the rules that I set in place for our kids once he is home. The problem is that he voices his disagreement with these problems in front of the kids which then causes our son to receive mad because he thinks Mom is not being fair. It is something as tiny as me telling the kids that whoever gets ready first is the person who can go onto the school bus first-to encourage them to receive ready for the school bus faster as my son likes to doddle. I believe this is NOT showing our kids a unified front. Just by questioning about the fairness of my rule, my son then gets a boat load of attitude and starts yelling at me about how he hates the stupid rule. My husband thinks that it is a problem with me and that I don't want to look weak or imperfect in front of the kids, but that's not it! I have had many an argument about this with him, but he does not look my side and I receive more and more mad every time something like this happens. He thinks that it's okay for him to talk up because there's nothing wrong with having an different opinion than mine and it's okay for the kids to know that...which is fine, but when it involves the kids-I receive attitude from them and they don't think they have to hear to me if Dad is around! I just don't know why he has to question the littlest things, like pick your battles! I know I'm not perfect, but he seems to think I should be! I don't know what to do now, I am so mad and can't talk to him yet. I don't know how to settle this.

Open Question: Do you think my mother-in-law is right or wrong?

My husband and I have a 4-year-old daughter. On Sunday, we were having dinner over at my mom-in-law's home (my husband's mom). My daughter wanted to go play outside, but I said no because it was too icy. She started throwing a tantrum. I took her into the living room (we were in the kitchen) and I let her have her fit. It only lasted two minutes. I told her that it was too icy and she wouldn't stay warm with just her jacket and that I'd play a game with her instead. She happily agreed and took out the puzzle she'd bought from home. She didn't toss another tantrum and was fine for the relax of the time we were there. Shortly before we left, my mom-in-law took me aside and asked me why did I give in to her tantrum? I told her I didn't give, I just gave her another option. If I'd given in, I would have taken her outside. She told me that if my daughter were her child and threw a tantrum like that, she would have spanked her with her wooden spoon. I didn't agree with that and I told her so politely, but she turned it into an argument. I didn't want to argue with her, so I just left, along with my husband and my daughter. For some reason, I can't cease thinking about what she said. I told my husband what she said and he agreed with me. He thinks she's wrong too. My daughter is only 4.

Open Question: A woman that is married and refuses to work and help out?

You want a real question and maybe perhaps you have a real good answer then take a shot at my question because my wife is so miserable she doesn't want to work. She stays home and complains to me about what she needs and what she wants and I am fed up. Personally a divorce would suit me just fine and she knows that is next and then what will she do? She won't receive much from me. I have an attorney that manages my money appointed by VA. So what can she do? What should I do? What would you do? I've been trying for the last three years for the VA to rule me competent to manage my possess affairs and thus far it's short. I receive enough money to support me much less my wife. She was custodian,. but she gave up that right and wanted a divorce so VA took it away from her and appointed an attorney and now we got it real rough. I have to live on $630.00 a month. The relax of my money goes into a Federal Account for my welfare. Right now I have a very big nest egg. So if my wife doesn't like it then she should leave. She's the one that chose not to be custodian and she came back home to me and complain about what she doesn't have. As long as the VA keeps me incompetent and manage my money...she won't receive diddly squat in a divorce and she knows it.

My husband and I just moved to a new home, our first purchase. I have been here for a week, but lately have been feeling a little depressed. I don't have a car and walk to work. Open Question: Tight high heels? What should I do?

Over the weekend, I went with my sister to buy a pair of high heels for a party. But it was difficult finding a nice pair that didn't have a tall heel, because I don't usually wear heels, at major chain stores/ departments. We decided to head to a mall where there were several I guess what are called, tiny outlet stores? Most of the things are imported from Asian countries. My sister pestered me to try this one pair of black heels (not even an inch tall) and after awhile, it grew on me. I liked it and wanted to buy it. My sister suggested to receive a smaller size because I told her it was little loose, so I did and it was snug. It felt fine but just yesterday, I tried to walk in them at home and it felt tight around my toes! My mom wore them in attempt to make it a little loose, it work but after awhile it would tighten up again. My sister said I should just break in them and my mom said the same thing. I don't recall getting a receipt because I don't think stores like those usually don't give one or would forget to give one? (It’s like a store run by a tiny family), so I don't think I could exchange for a larger size. What should I do? By the way, is it better to receive a half size smaller when I go buy a high heel? Or a size bigger? Please give me a serious advice because it has been bugging me the whole day today, even though I have a feeling that it shouldn’t be a big deal.

Open Question: Does my baby have motion sickness?

My 3-month old and I flew home yesterday (1 hour flight). She did fine on the plane, no crying at every. Today every day she has been crying, screaming at times and hasn't slept. Is it possible for a baby to receive motion sickness the day after a flight?

Open Question: Did I just have a manic episode?

I was making cookies for Dad and Linda....wait back up, linda is my...you know the lady who married my Dad...anyway she is a fat stupid cow I had been OK every day till my doctor apointments and every that was just peachy then I receive home and linda startd mouthing off and being a stupid cow so I'm freaking out and I had to take TWO pills I ususally just need one so anyway I am going nuts at dinner but no one knows I am so dinner is fine and linda ia whining for me to make cookies and then I hear Dad she that would be nice so I thought OK I will make cookies for Dad and I guess that fat cow linda can have some too she usually eats like 10 home baked cookies whenever I make them...so god where was I ok I was making the cookies and the dishes in the washer were clean so I empited it out and put the dirty in and then I put the cookies in and i cleaned the spot where i made the cookies.....speaking of the cookie dough I kept seeing things, I saw a crusified jesus, I saw a demon face. It was every werid I took poictures I am gonna share them some day. I nned to look at them anyway. So ok after seeing every kinds of weurd things in the dough and put then in the oven and justart to clean the kitchen was disgusting the now my mind is stopping and I can't remember what I did um OK I cleaned the toaster and nbehind it then I cleaned the bread box and behind that and then knife things and behgind that then IU cleaned the oven it was so gross crums everywhere ok so I am cookingb the cookies, they came out nicely by the way. Then um....hnueheznnnnnnjjstherte was coffee on tyhre cabnit! and coffee stains on the counter and every that stuff there were every nicks and cracks in everything ok so I have been told i am bipolar but thiought it was wrong beacause im like i never havr mania i don;t know whart it is. if I have it will I know??? am I freaking out right now, I just took every my pills plus one more sleeping pill because I am not sure if I can snooze tponight and i think i might have accidentally takedn some of my dad pills, he has deprtessuion like me. so yeah hopefully OI would croke in the middle of the night. I almost called my therapist but it was l;ate and I know she loikes to snooze earl;y in the winter. buit I look her on thursday OH AND the cookies every had faces. some were silly , some where bad lookinhg anfd mrean but mostly they were just funnny oh and I kept talking to myself like when I was washing the dishes I was sayiong gotta clean the dishes clean them good for dad and the fat cow linda \ \anyway am i freaking out is this mania?? I'm starting to really receive sleepy now and my arms hurt. huuuuuuuuuuuuyh Oh no, my pills are my looney pills. the ones those doctor people give me
